Reservation Policy
General Policies
Check-in - From 2:00 p.m.
Check out - Until 12:00 (noon)
- Children up to 5 years old are free (01 free per apartment)
- For children over 5 years old, a 30% increase will be charged on the daily rate.
Important: rates with Half Board or Full Board meal plan are not included for CHD (child) courtesy.
- Confirmation of the reservation and/or change will be made by means of prepayment by bank deposit or credit card debit.
The balance of the daily rates relating to the reservation and/or change must be paid upon the guest's arrival at the hotel and any other expenses incurred during the stay must be paid upon check-out.
NO SHOW POLICY:
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked check-in date. The apartment will be available for 24h. (until 12h. the following day).
After this period, we will consider the reservation cancelled and will follow the same procedure as our cancellation policy (100% will be charged).

Cancellations will be charged according to the cancellation policy corresponding to each reservation.
In case of early departure, for any reservation, whether it is a package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. It is at the Inn's discretion whether or not to issue a daily credit letter, to be used in a future period stipulated in each situation.The user may arrange to be replaced by another passenger, under the same conditions, on the same date.
Low Season Cancellation
Period: 01/05 to 30/11
Up to 7 days before check-in: free of charge.
Less than 7 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
Mid-Season Cancellation
Periods: 03/05 to 04/30 and 09/01 to 12/28
Up to 14 days before check-in: free of charge.
From 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, i.e. non-refundable.
High Season Cancellation
Periods: 06/01 to 27/02 and 27/03 to 04/03
Cancellations requested up to 30 days in advance: free of charge.
Cancellations requested less than 30 days in advance: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Non refundable
The policy for promotions, holiday packages, New Year's Eve and Carnival is non-refundable.
Non-refundable policy: Requests for changes and/or cancellations will incur a 100% charge for the reservation.
No Show Policy
No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked date.
The apartment will be available until 12pm the following day.
After this period, we will consider the reservation canceled and the fine will be 100% of the total reservation value.
Early Departure
In the event of early departure from any reservation, regardless of the period, the total amount of the reservations will be charged.
Payment Policy
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Pix, or bank transfer.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and for cancellations within the deadline a refund will be made, and for cancellations outside the deadline no refund will be made.
For companies using the invoice method, payment is made within an agreed period.
With the exception of New Year's Eve and Carnival, which are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Pix, or bank transfer.
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation there is no refund.
For companies in the invoiced mode, it will be charged normally within the agreed period.
Child Policy
Child Paying Policy
Children over 5 years old will be charged as a third person.
Every child must be identified at the time of entry to the reservation, with a photo ID or birth certificate, and must be accompanied by their parents. If one of the parents or another person is staying with the child, authorization from the minor's legal guardians will be required, authorizing the stay with this person. This document must be notarized.
