- Always remember to leave the key at the Inn reception when you leave and ask for cleaning if you wish.

- If you've forgotten anything at the guesthouse, please inform reception and leave your contact information. If you've already left the guesthouse and realize you've lost something, call reception to check if the item was left in the apartment.

Electrical Voltage – 110v. There is only one 220v socket in the bathroom, if you have any questions, ask at RECEPTION;
- Inn Information
- Pool Towels: We provide pool and beach towels, subject to availability. Please ask at reception! Please do not take the bath towels from your room. All exchanges are made at reception. Loss or damage to towels will result in a R$80.00 charge.
- Room key: In case of loss, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per key provided.
- Safe: All rooms are equipped with electronic safes. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the apartments or common areas. If a guest leaves the hotel with the safe locked and has lost the key, a R$100.00 fee will be charged for the opening service.
- Parking: Our parking lot is rotating and has a limited number of seven spaces. We do not reserve spaces.
- If ANY item belonging to the Inn is lost or damaged by a guest, the same will be charged at the time of check-out.
- Do not hang clothes and towels on the balcony and/or external areas of the inn;
- We do not store guests' belongings at reception.
- For security reasons, we do not allow visitors or friends into the apartments, unless they have been properly registered at check-in.
