  • Breakfast:8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (For service in the apartment between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., a fee of R$25.00 service fee will be charged. (Subject to availability).
  • Mirador Restaurant: Our restaurant is open from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Orders must be placed by 10:00 PM. Our menu is à la carte.
  • Transfer to the Beach:Our transfers take place three times a week, Monday goes to Praia dos Ossos, Wednesday goes to Ferradura Beach and in Friday goes to João Fernandes Beach. The departure time is 10:30 AM and the return time is 4:30 PM. Remember to always confirm with reception in advance.
  • Transfer to the Center: Shuttle service to downtown Búzios operates daily. Departure time is 8:30 PM. This transfer service does not include a return trip to the hotel.
  • Room Tidying: It is automatic, if you do not want it, you must inform reception so that the apartment will not be cleaned.
  • WI-FI Internet: Signal throughout the Hotel – Network: COSTA DO SOL| Default Password: sunside.
  • Room service: Open from 9:00 to 22:00. Check rates with reception/waiter.
  • Massage service: Our massage service must be booked in advance at the hotel reception.
  • Lost and found: If you've forgotten anything at the hotel, please inform reception and leave your contact information. If you've already left the hotel and realize you've lost something, call reception to check if it was left in the apartment.
  • Concierge Service: Our reception staff can provide information on the best places to visit and the city's most beautiful beaches. They also provide information on city events and much more!

      Pool Bar: Open from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm

      Sauna: from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (Request at reception a few minutes in advance!)

      Academy: from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (Note: children are not allowed to enter)

      Checkout: until 12:00 pm (For late check-out, check availability at reception on the day of check-out)

      Electronic Safe: THE HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OBJECTS LEFT IN THE APARTMENTS AND SOCIAL AREAS

      Electrical Voltage – 110v. There is only one 220v socket in the bathroom, if you have any questions, ask at RECEPTION;


      • Hotel Information


        1. Pool Towels: We provide pool and beach towels subject to availability. Please ask at reception! (It is important to return the pool towels by 10:00 pm so that you can get new towels the next day) We kindly ask that you do not take the bath towels from your room. All exchanges are made at the front desk. Loss or damage to towels will result in a R$80.00 charge.
        2. Room key: In case of loss, a fee of R$50.00 will be charged per key provided.
        3. Safe: All rooms are equipped with safes. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms or common areas. If a guest leaves the hotel with the safe locked or has lost the key, a R$300.00 fee will be charged for the opening service.
        4. Parking: Our parking lot is rotating and has a limited number of seven spaces. We do not reserve spaces.
        5. If ANY item belonging to the Hotel is lost or damaged by a guest, the same will be charged at the time of check-out.
        6. Do not hang clothes and towels on the balcony and/or external areas of the inn;
        7. We do not store guests' belongings at reception.
        8. For security reasons, we do not allow visitors or friends into the apartments, unless they have been properly registered at check-in.
